Overview

This hike starts 15 minutes from Downtown Jim Thorpe and is entirely in State Game Lands 141. It is a short hike with an extremely beautiful view of the Lehigh Gorge.

Cue Sheet

START | State Game Lands 141 Parking Lot

  1. Park behind the gate at SGL 141

  2. Head West down the access road

  3. Turn right shortly after descending hill onto doubletrack trail (unmarked)

  4. Stay on trail heading NW until you reach the vista

  5. Return back the same way (there is no configurable loop)
